Douglas Miller
Founder & President
Douglas Miller brings more than 25 years of experience in construction and land development. He has led over 111 major projects, representing 17,000+ residential units and more than 20 million square feet of built environment nationwide.
As a licensed General Contractor and President of both Douglas & Sons Development Group and American Platinum Builders, Doug provides hands-on leadership from acquisition through execution and exit.
Trey Fragala, AICP
Partner
Trey Fragala is a certified urban planner with more than 25 years of experience in land use planning, entitlements, and community development. He has been directly involved in the planning and entitlement of 10,000+ acres, managed over $350 million in real estate assets, and contributed to 4,500+ acres of traditional neighborhood development.
Trey strengthens the firm’s entitlement-driven approach through deep technical expertise in zoning, land use strategy, and municipal coordination.
Steve Holgate
Partner
Steve Holgate has over 47 years of real estate development experience totaling more than $2.5 billion in project value. His background includes 84 subdivisions and more than 11,500 residential lots, with extensive expertise in entitlements, annexations, and municipal negotiations.
Steve is known for building consensus between cities, planners, and developers to deliver large-scale community projects.
Alejandro Chardon
Partner
Alejandro Chardon brings experience in strategy, analytics, and capital deployment to Douglas & Sons Development Group. He previously worked at Accenture advising Fortune 500 executives on initiatives that contributed to more than $200 million in value creation.
He has participated in six venture capital investments and three commercial real estate investments, representing over $10 million in equity deployed. Alejandro strengthens the firm’s disciplined, data-driven approach to evaluating opportunities and supporting strategic growth.
